Location: Urgent Care Bellingham
City: Primary location will be Bellingham. Must be willing to travel to other Urgent Care locations including Lynden and Mt. Vernon.
Position Type: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week), non-exempt (hourly)
Schedule: 4x10s with available shift options of 8:30am–7:00pm or 10:30am–9:00pm. Weekend shifts run from 8:30am–5:00pm, non-exempt (hourly).
Compensation:
Bonus: Candidates are eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 when accepting a full-time position (0.75 - 1.0 FTE) or $1,500 when accepting a part-time position (0.5 - 0.74 FTE) (Subject to payback clause).

Required Education: Completion of accredited Medical Assistant, LPN or RN program.
Required Licensure and Certification:
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Immunization Requirements: Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role. A simple process is in place for employees to request exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
