About the Role 
Mercedes Benz Perth are seeking a driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. This role plays a pivotal part in the vehicle purchase experience by providing tailored finance and insurance solutions that suit our guests' individual needs. 
 

• Present finance and insurance products in a clear, professional manner 
• Structure finance packages to meet customer requirements and budgets 
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards 
• Build strong relationships with guests and support a seamless handover process 
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction 

 
 
Skills & Experience 

• Experience in automotive finance and/or insurance preferred 
• Proven track record in sales, finance, or lending environments 
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance obligations 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Current driver’s licence and ability to gain required accreditations 
• Australian working rights
