Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Deploy and improve automatic systems, regulate and control, make the follow up and ensure their reliability;
Deploy and improve pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, others systems and control their effective operation;
Perform the programming logic controllers and ensure their proper functioning;
Actively participate in 8D related with the area;
Create and implement security routines to guarantee the equipment backups;
Ensure all the necessary support to maintain the production, assessing the efficiency of interventions carried out and ensuring their follow-up;
Collaborate whenever necessary in a preventive/curative maintenance of all the equipment and participate in the construction of new equipment;
Follow up the reception of new equipment.
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and legislation
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level: Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical (automation), Electronics Engineering and Mecatronics;
Minimum 2 years experience in a industrial environment;
Good knowledge of lean manufacturing;
Good knowledge of Maintenance and industrial equipment;
Good knowledge of electric, hydraulic and pneumatic;
Languages: English required;
Good skills in technical project management;
Teamwork and ability to work in a matrix environment;
Siemens Software PLC Programming (preferred);
Artificial Inspection systems knowledge;
Visual Basic;
Knowledge of the civil responsibility of the producer;
LCM leadership competencies;
KUKA robot knowledge (preferred);
FANUC robot knowledge (preferred).
