Role Overview

Our Ft. Lauderdale office seeks a passionate Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience in insurance defense. With us, you'll gain invaluable exposure to hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparations from the outset.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.
• Lead and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and negotiate settlements.
• Master tools like Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy.
• One or more years of experience in insurance defense litigation (preferred)
• A hunger for growth, a client-first mindset, and impeccable organizational skills.
• Membership of the Florida Bar in good standing
