In your role, you will join our R&D Software DevOps team and take ownership of developing and operating our CI/CD systems. You will contribute to shaping a modern and efficient development environment through a variety of impactful responsibilities.

• Implement strategic IT projects in close collaboration with software developers, ensuring a productive and efficient development environment
• Help shape and evolve our development workflows (On-Premise / Cloud); bring in your own ideas and technical expertise
• Monitor DevOps processes and maintain close communication with cross-functional teams
• Administrate of our continuous integration and deployment systems in a daily routine and promote a strong development culture within the team
• Act as a vital link between Global Software Development and IT Operations and faciliate seamless collaboration
• Manage and maintain developer-specific productivity systems such as Bitbucket and Jenkins

• A completed academic degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences (e.g., Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics) or a related field
• Alternatively, hands-on experience in DevOps or similar domains
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or Groovy, along with solid knowledge in areas like server administration (Linux, Windows, macOS), configuration management with Ansible, cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure) and tools including the Atlassian Suite, Jenkins and JFrog Artifactory
• Familiarity with building C++ build chains is considered an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and a comfort level in multicultural environments
