Job Description: Our client is seeking a results-driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategic plans to expand our client’s market presence within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
