Job Summary:
Proactively works to improve the health status of identified populations with chronic conditions. Implements, promotes and participates in wellness and health related activities
Minimum Qualifications:
Florida RN Nursing license and CPR certificate required. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 200 pounds (pushing a patient in a wheelchair).
