Position Summary

The Field Operations Partner plays a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment, management, and operational performance of VERO Biotech’s assets in clinical environments. In this role, you will combine strategic coordination with hands-on technical expertise and serves as the primary operational liaison between our respiratory specialist team, distribution partners, and end-user accounts. As a Field Operations Partner at VERO Biotech, you will have a key role in ensuring exceptional execution, service excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with our strategic objectives for key accounts.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, calibration and servicing of nitric oxide delivery systems in clinical environments.
  • Perform software enhancements as needed
  • Acting as the primary field liaison for VERO clinical & sales team and provide technical support, install & de-install equipment as requested for demonstrations, evaluations, onboardings, and as needed for other operational needs while ensuring the seamless integration and operation of devices.
  • Monitor device performance and usage data to help identify trends while ensuring compliance and ensuring continuous operational improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of service activities, regulatory compliance and customer interactions in compliance with GDP guidelines (including installation checklists, incident tracking, service reports)
  • Manage logistics and inventory of deployed systems and accessories.
  • Ensure adherence to FDA, ISO and internal quality standards 
  • Partner closely with the Respiratory Specialist & Account Executive teams to support operational excellence in key accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned to support field operations and customer/operational requirements.

 

 

Qualifications


Qualifications

 

  • High School Diploma / GED Required, Associates Degree preferred
  • Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in field operations, service management, or technical operations—ideally within the medical device, biotechnology, or life-sciences industry

Competencies

 

  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills; ability to balance day-to-day operational demands across territory which may include site-visits & occasional overnight stays.
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to partner with internal teams, customers, and external vendors.
  • Experience with MS Office Suit

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment

 

  • This is a field-based role requiring the ability to travel 100% of time across the assigned region
  • Must be able to visit customer sites, maintain vendor credentialing, work in clinical or manufacturing environments, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift/move moderate loads (up to 25 pounds routinely) as needed.
  • Weekend work to be performed, as needed
