Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs around the community to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment

- Provide transportation services for residents, including trips to the doctor, grocery store, and other local destinations

- Support seniors during outings, ensuring their safety and comfort

- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to safety protocols

- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to coordinate schedules and address needs

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in maintenance, handyman work, or related fields preferred

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Compassionate and patient demeanor, especially when working with seniors

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures is a plus
