Position hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00pm- 7:00am.

Madico is a local Manufacturer and supplier of Window film with proven industry leadership, and we have entered growth mode. JOB SUMMARY:      

  • Move materials using a lift truck, truck and manually as required for inventory distribution, storage, manufacturing schedule and customer order requirements.
  • Works under the general direction of Bldg. II Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the ADA, essential functions are those that a person must be able to perform in the job, either unaided or with the assistance of a “reasonable accommodation.”

1.         Move materials and store as needed to maintain a neat, clutter-free warehouse.

2.         Identify the inaccuracies of inventory cycle counts.

3.         Prepare and package materials for shipment including palletizing, wrapping creating  

             and verifying packing lists.

4.         Complete BPCS material transactions timely.

5.         Operate forklifts to move materials safely in accordance with training.

6.         Organize materials in the warehouse to be neat and efficiently stored.

7.         Prepare rolls for shipment by identifying them, packaging, end plating and wrapping.

8.         Work with Production Departments for the timely distribution of Materials.

9.         Identify damaged materials at shipment, and document and report to purchasing and planning and distribution as needed.

10.       Safe and efficient operation of the Rapistak inventory system to store and retrieve roll goods for conversion or shipment.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Load and unload trucks.

2.      Other Duties as required.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Basic math and reading and writing
  • Ability to work with others

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

(Examples: CPA certification, a valid state driver’s license or ability to obtain one, bondable, etc.)

  • Ability to use powered lift truck safely

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:

(Examples: list different types of office equipment, software, mainframe computer, PC, etc.)

  • Forklift Truck
  • Rapistak, electrical & manual hand jack, wrapping table strapper, tape machine, Schlumpf lifting unit.
  • Loading Dock and Loading Dock Ramp
  • BPCS Terminal
  • Razor knife

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Able to lift 100 pounds.
  • Able to work in the confined spaces of truck trailers and containers.
