The role you’ll contribute:
The Senior Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients as medically prescribed, in a professional manner and within hospital standards, adhering to the corporate compliance plan and all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies, and accrediting bodies. Serves as a clinical expert for the department and coworkers.

Utilizes knowledge of growth and development to evaluate age-appropriate behavior, motor skills, and physiological norms, modifying approach and communication skills as needed.
Maintains clinical competencies through professional development, best practices, and serving as a clinical instructor.
Oversees the care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides, according to established regulations and practice standards.
- Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours and assisting in other centers/programs as needed.

Physical Therapist (PT) [Required]
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) [Required]
OR American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists (ABPTS) [Required]
