Responsibilities

  • Being an enabler for faster settlement of claims (to push the approvers of claim within DICV to approve claims on time)
  • Align on a weekly basis with F-AR team & their extended arm to propose/validate and decide on either to pay or hold payout to dealers based on their over-dues with DICV
  • Communicate to dealers on a weekly basis with details of amount credited to their account along with claim credit or debit details
  • Resolve payout related queries of dealers by taking support from associated functions wherever required
  • Use technology upgradation wherever possible to support the process of faster settlement of claims & inputs to dealer like adding new feature, Business Intelligence Reports, data transfer between DMS and cbFC.
  • Custodian of records w.r.t. approval, internal process and documentation
  • SPOC for sales claim for all internal & external audit including Corporate audit
  • Understand finance related impacts like GST, TDS and apply them wherever required
  • Co-ordinate with F-S&C on a regular basis w.r.t. expediting monthly approvals, sharing of provision, alignment on schemes to bridge gap if any, between sales team and finance 
  • Coordination with RO, Dealer accounts team
  • Dealer Reconciliation, Monthly claims report, quarterly reports
  • Understand the nuances of Integrity and Compliance and apply them wherever required.

Qualifications

Graduate , Post Graduate, 12-15 years of experience in automobile dealer handling or large accounts.
