About the role
As a Power BI Developer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable, high-performance BI solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. You will be a valued member of the AIA team, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the region and support teams in Prague.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Qlik Sense dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into effective and scalable BI solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through thorough analysis and validation.
- Apply best practices in data visualization to create intuitive and user-friendly dashboards.
Provide timely support to business users, resolving inquiries and technical issues.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions.
Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 day a week in a Cognizant or client office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. What you need to have to be considered
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence projects.
- Proven expertise in Qlik Sense (data modeling, scripting, set analysis, extensions).
- Strong proficiency in Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data visualization techniques and dashboard optimization.
- Experience across the BI solution lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with international teams.

- Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
- Exposure to other BI platforms such as Tableau.
- Experience working under Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
