We are searching for an Inside Sales member for our office in Hawaii. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact our organization and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in sales, manufacturing and/or engineering. The ability to communicate well and work with others is essential, as this position will interact daily with multiple internal and external teams.
Inside Sales is responsible for the following job duties:
- Advising customers with the proper application and selection of the equipment we sell
- Preparing quotes for equipment based on customer input
- Entering orders for the equipment sold by the Outside Sales Engineers
- Detailed tracking of the order process
- Managing the virtual files for all projects in which assigned salespeople are involved
- Using the selection programs provided by our manufacturers to select and configure equipment for design and quoting to contractors
- Assisting customers with technical support on our product lines and maintaining good working relationships through verbal and written correspondence
- Preparing submittals for equipment sold
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) is preferred but will consider equivalent job experience
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, manufacturing and/or engineering
- Must be extremely detailed oriented
- Customer service driven
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
