Position Responsibilities

As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting leasing activities and enhancing resident satisfaction across two premier communities. Responsibilities include:

  • Leasing & Sales: Conduct apartment tours, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

  • Marketing & Outreach: Leverage phone, digital platforms, and social media to drive traffic and generate leads.

  • Lease Administration: Prepare and process lease applications, renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.

  • Resident Engagement: Plan and execute resident events that foster a welcoming and vibrant community atmosphere.

  • Technology Integration: Utilize our SMART Office tools to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience.

  • Customer Service: Address resident inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on local market trends and competitive offerings to help position our communities effectively.

  • Community Presentation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the leasing office, amenities, and model units.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, leasing, or customer service

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required

  • Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays (communities are closed Sundays)

  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

  • Team Orientation: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
