Description

Job Summary:.  Responsible for administrative support for business development, marketing, sales support and yearbooks across the Nationwide Studios Inc. organizations and the companies and divisions it supports.

This is an In Office position located in our Greensboro, NC office.  

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

  • Facilitate expense reports for business development on company standards.
  • Facilitate inside sales calls, letters and support for the development of new markets and existing markets.
  • Facilitate reports requested by sales and business development executives.
  • Organize marketing initiatives to be facilitated on time as instructed.
  • Organization and development of tracking and supporting bids/rfp’s and their deliverables for new business development.
  • Organize, manage and maintain yearbook portal to support executives and field.
  • Facilitate and organize VP of Developments calendar, invites and meetings.
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as letters, emails, memos, and other communications in the executive’s behalf.
  • Performing minor accounting activities and reports.
  • Answering phones and helping customer service during peak season and when required.
  • Helping organize and schedule meetings and events as directed.
  • Helping create agendas and plan meetings as requested.
  • Organizing national conference schedule for state affiliates.
  • Attending state educational conferences and working our booth when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


Required Qualifications (Experience, Skills & Equipment):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years experience as an executive assistant or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to organize and plan events and meetings.   
  • Proven ability to self-manage and work independently.
  • Proven ability to work within Microsoft platforms.
  • Proven administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Experience, Skills & Equipment):

  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
