Position: ICBS Crisis Supervisor (Part-Time) 20-29 hours- 2nd and 3rd on Weekends
Division: Integrated Community-Based Services (ICBS)
Location: Park Forest, Illinois (Remote with Occasional On-Site Meetings)
Reports To: Program Administrator


SUMMARY

The ICBS Crisis Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the Integrated Community-Based Services (ICBS) program, ensuring high-quality crisis response and clinical coordination. This role supervises a team of crisis staff, oversees after-hours and weekend operations, and ensures compliance with all agency, funder, and accreditation standards.

The position operates primarily remote, with the expectation of attending occasional in-person meetings, orientation, and team events at the Park Forest office. Evening and/or weekend availability is required, as this role provides leadership and direct response support to crisis situations as needed.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Supervision & Program Oversight

  • Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations for ICBS staff.

  • Conduct session observations and file reviews to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Facilitate team meetings to promote collaboration, problem-solving, and program excellence.

  • Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development for new and existing team members.

  • Monitor productivity and service outcomes, providing targeted support when needed.

  • Ensure trauma-informed care principles are integrated into all aspects of service delivery.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of the DSM-5 to assist staff with diagnostic and clinical assessments.

Crisis Response Coordination

  • Respond to CARES calls and coordinate follow-up services when necessary.

  • Provide real-time support and direction to on-call crisis workers.

  • Ensure timely documentation and updates in Authority and related systems.

  • Approve shelter placements, coordinate transportation, and manage crisis communications.

  • Communicate with hospitals, DCFS, and law enforcement during crisis interventions.

  • Create and manage the on-call schedule to maintain 24/7 service coverage.

  • Track and submit CRS data and after-hours reports for compliance and program evaluation.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit all required program, monthly, and quality assurance reports.

  • Maintain complete and accurate client files and documentation per agency and funder standards.

  • Participate in audits and ensure ongoing program compliance.


QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BSW) required; Master’s degree (MA/MS/MSW) preferred.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in program supervision, crisis intervention, or youth/family services.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage and guide teams during high-pressure or crisis situations.

  • Proficiency in documentation, performance monitoring, and virtual team management.

  • Familiarity with trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches.

Other Requirements

  • Must be available for 2nd and 3rd shift weekend hours.

  • Must reside within commuting distance of Park Forest, IL for required in-person meetings.

  • Valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

  • Must carry an agency-issued cell phone during scheduled hours.


WORK SCHEDULE

  • Part-time : 20-29 hours per week —  weekend - 2nd - 3rd shiftcoverage.

  • Primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings or team events in Park Forest.


COMPENSATION 

  • Hourly Range: $31.25 – 36.06 


Saturday- 8am-4pm AND 12am-8pm;Sunday- 2pm-10pm Apply Now
