• Support the build-out of best-In class business intelligence and analytics capabilities and support our digital Journey as part of the Digital Transformation Office.
• Support the Digital Transformation Office in support of a portfolio of projects through business intelligence, analysis, and process design.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with Bl users, data SMEs, and Risk Analytics team.
• Lead full development lifecycle within Power Bl reporting framework from crystallizing business needs, to QA, to production deployment.
• Lead the design of KPls providing a clear view of operational efficiency and effectiveness through our digital initiatives and build them into concise business intelligence.
• Supply analytical rigor through the completion of analyses of available performance data identifying areas of opportunities.
• Bring statistical and analytical expertise to the design and testing of new sales and servicing strategies employing a champion/challenger methodology.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• Must have 2 years of experience as an Analyst or a similar occupation.
• Must have 2 years of experience with Power BI, including demonstrated experience in/with: data mining; data visualization; statistical packages; translating detailed results and observations into verbal and written summaries; and white space problem solving.
• Must have 3 years of experience writing complex SQL queries and performing advanced ETL.
• Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
