Clinical Nurse Consultant-RN
Engage Consulting is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant-RN for a 1099 contract to support an interim project in the post-acute care space. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership, and operational knowledge to help guide providers through best practices, compliance, and quality initiatives.

Requirements:
- Active RN license, 10+ years preferred
- Proven experience in post-acute/long-term care settings, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
- Coachable with an ability to work independently and deliver results on a project basis
- Must be willing to travel to centers regionally within the state.
Details:
- 1099 contract role
- Interim project (short-term engagement)
- Work anywhere between 10-40 hours per week
