Role Summary

We are looking for both experienced and aspiring Branch Managers to join our team at Third Federal. This is an ideal role for a strong leader looking for a better work/life balance, culture, growth, and overall work experience. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a team-based environment and have a strong aptitude for exemplary customer service.

 

We have 21 branches across Northeast Ohio, which are divided into four regions – West, Central, East, and South. During training, you will cycle through several branches, all within a reasonable distance/commute from your location. Once training is complete, we will work together to determine your home branch with your growth, commute, and business need in mind.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coach, train, and manage performance of branch staff
  • Ensure branch operational integrity and compliance in all branch policies and procedures
  • Provide consistent quality customer service to both internal and external customers that meet or exceeds established standards
  • Ensure that team members exceed customer satisfaction expectations and demonstrate Third Federal’s values
  • Participate in branch functions and community activities to promote bank’s image and growth
  • Responsible for communicating and implementing changes to policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned or requested

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of recent experience managing a retail team (banking preferred)
  • Recent experience taking Home Equity Line/Loan applications preferred
  • Recent experience taking conventional Mortgage Loan applications (purchase, construction/perm, refinance) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop associates
  • Proven track record in meeting multiple objectives and deadlines

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
