SPTS Senior Quality & Support Manager

Description -

The Quality and Customer Support Senior Manager leads the strategic and operational execution of direct customer support for both Customer Assurance and Application Engineering, as well as, the Quality Systems and Programs across the SPTS organization. This role ensures regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in product and service delivery. The manager collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, marketing and sales teams to uphold HP’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee GMP and regulatory compliance for ink and hardware product

  • Lead warranty and post-sales support programs, including credit approvals and customer pain point analysis.

  • Manage cross-regional quality teams and Centers of Excellence.

  • Drive digital transformation through CRM tools, data analytics, and process automation.

  • Represent customer needs in product development and lifecycle processes.

  • Maintain documentation standards and training schedules for quality operations.

  • Oversee and maintain lab operations optimizing for efficiency and business continuity

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and customer support.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Technical knowledge of TIJ printing technologies and diagnostic tools.

  • Proficiency in data visualization, CRM platforms, and document control systems.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Proven systems level thinking and strategic planning abilities


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in electrical design and tools, software packages, architecture of electronic hardware, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $225,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
