We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber Security Incident Response team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City, Torre Mayor office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and responding to security incidents, conducting forensic investigations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective incident management and documentation.We will count on you to:
- Assist with monitoring and responding to the Security and Incident Response queue.
- Conduct forensic investigations related to policy/access violations, malware, fraud, and corporate investigations.
- Collaborate with teams to access logs or information sources necessary for incident response and investigations.
- Conduct research and gather public-domain information to support investigations.
- Support the creation and maintenance of internal process documentation.
- Liaise with Senior Specialists during major incident response events and provide transcription support.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Cyber Security or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability in reading computer or application logs, as well as using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
- Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
- Experience in conducting forensic investigations and incident response.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, as needed.
