About Pavago:

Pavago is seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel Expert to join our client’s team, supporting clients in maximizing the potential of their CRM and automation capabilities.


Responsibilities:

  • GoHighLevel Setup & Optimization: Configure and customize GoHighLevel accounts, including pipelines, funnels, and automations, to align with client business goals.
  • Workflow Automation: Develop automated workflows for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer engagement to drive productivity and sales growth.
  • CRM Management: Manage and organize customer data, lead tagging, and segmentation for better targeting and efficient lead management.
  • Client Consultation & Support: Regularly meet with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and make improvements to GHL setups.
  • Campaign Management: Create and manage marketing campaigns (email, SMS, etc.) within GHL, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure success and inform decision-making.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Resolve technical issues within GHL to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • System Integration: Integrate GoHighLevel with additional tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Google Sheets) to streamline client operations.

  • GoHighLevel Expertise: 2+ years of experience with GoHighLevel, specializing in CRM management and workflow automation.
  • Digital Marketing Background: A solid foundation in digital marketing, customer engagement, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Workflow and Automation: Proficiency in setting up workflows, funnels, pipelines, and automated campaigns within GoHighLevel.
  • Data Interpretation: Ability to interpret data analytics and make informed recommendations to improve the effectiveness of client campaigns.
  • System Integrations: Experience with system integrations using tools like Slack, Asana, Google Sheets, or Zapier to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and to accurately understand their unique requirements.


What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

You will start your day by conducting client check-ins, reviewing performance metrics, and assessing the health of their accounts. Your main focus will be on configuring GoHighLevel automations for new client campaigns, ensuring all workflows are optimized for maximum engagement. Throughout the day, you'll conduct periodic audits on active campaigns, analyzing performance data to refine strategies and enhance client outcomes. You may also participate in team meetings or client consultations to discuss upcoming projects and refine existing strategies. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot any technical issues within GoHighLevel to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations for all clients.
