As a product Product Manager in our Supply Tribe, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes UX, engineers, business members, and a data analyst. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and advancing our seller experience, ensuring that the seller side of our marketplace is robust, efficient, and capable of meeting the demands of the platform’s users. You are well-versed in marketplace concepts and consider seller needs and their potential impact on end consumers, seamlessly translating seller demands into consumer-focused insights when necessary.




WHO YOU ARE

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product manager.
  • You have experience in Product Management within supply/seller tools, e-commerce domains and marketplaces.
  • You have experience with continuous product discovery techniques, including customer interviews and problem root cause analysis.
  • You are familiar with product development processes, particularly agile methodologies, and are able to iterate, test, and learn in the journey to deliver customer value.
  • You are proficient with prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, ICE, MoSCoW) to make informed decisions that balance security, user experience, and business impact.
  • You are comfortable getting into the technical details and also understand the implication of technical decisions on our customers and the business overall.
  • You make decisions and measure success through data, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and metrics to drive opportunities, gaps, and solutions, prioritizing accordingly.
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • You have experience working in cross-functional teams in a collaborative and agile environment with a understanding of technical concepts (e.g., API, integrations, etc).




WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Product discovery: Identify opportunities & problems to improve our seller experience. Estimate the potential impact on company metrics, risk and consumer trust.
  • Product definition & prioritization: Define and prioritize solutions that strengthen our unique selling proposition and help further improve the seller experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Execution support: Drive the execution of prioritized initiatives by collaborating closely with the your squad and the engineering teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Data monitoring: Continuously monitor key metrics related to your squad. Leverage data insights to make informed decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Collaboration & strategy: Collaborate closely with your squad, supply department and other business partners to further develop the product strategy for the squad to contribute to the company strategy.
  • Communication: Constantly communicate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and customer support teams, to ensure alignment on security policies, payment processes, and dispute management strategies.
