This full-time, flexible role is pivotal in supporting the Academic Affairs Department and ensures its operational excellence. The role demands some in-person presence, adhering to the Pacific Standard Time schedule, and is temporary, contingent on grant funding and project sustainability.Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive support to the leadership team in Academic Affairs, including the VP of Early Childhood Studies, Chief Academic Officer, and Chief Innovation Officer.
- Coordinate schedules and organize meetings, interviews, and events for the Academic Affairs department.
- Offer assistance to faculty using various digital platforms such as Canvas, GoReact, Box, and Google Workspace.
- Maintain accurate meeting notes and follow up on action items as necessary.
- Manage administrative tasks related to academic events, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
- Process reimbursements and oversee financial transactions related to program activities while adhering to compliance standards.
- Take charge of planning, implementing, and tracking specific program projects.
Required Skills - Proficient in various office software, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas, and scheduling/calendar applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related discipline.
