Sponsored by ExponentWinnCompanies is looking for a Leasing and Occupancy Specialist II to join our team at Cobbet Hill and The Westcott, two mixed income residential communities in Lynn, MA with a total of 174 units.
In this role, you will perform all day-to day leasing and marketing activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, re-certifications, and lease renewals. You will also provide outstanding service to customers, residents, and clients.
Please note that the selected candidate will work the typical work schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. This position will pay $17.63-$25.12 per hour based on experience.
