Job Description

The Quoting specialist writes quotes for the Clinical Label Services department. Specifically, the Quoting Specialist use the Clinical Label Services prices list and creates quotes in CPQ for Standalone work or add pricing into Packaging integrated Quotes in CPQ.

Responsibilities:

• Create Quotes for Clinical Label Services in the different quoting systems (CPQ, Basel Quoting System, CMAP)
• Use label prices list and client specific pricelists
• Perform double checks of quotes written by other team members
• Support training of new colleagues
• Replies to specific requests per email
• Provide technical support for labeling quotes to US colleagues, Labeling Project Managers and Packaging Quoting Team Colleagues.
• Support daily workload and prioritization

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires understanding and competent use of SOPs required by company Quality standards.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Requires strong and effective communicator with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.

Education / Experience:

• Requires professional degree, preferably in a back office and or client services field
• Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to include excellent relationship building.
• Requires proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Fluent English and German knowledge.
