Health Plan Account Executive, Blues
The EDH Channel Team is looking for a talented and strategic Account Executive to own the short- and long-term success of several key health plan client relationships. Account Executives are responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for health plan client accounts, including both deepening our relationship with the health plan account teams and their underlying employer customers while enabling both groups to maximize the value of the EDH partnership.
The ideal candidate will have a background working for and/or closely with a Blue plan, will have extensive healthcare knowledge, experience in strategic client relationship management and sales with demonstrated success in partnering with clients to achieve their healthcare goals and in retaining and growing our relationship with them. This position requires creative thinking, a problem-solving, flexibility and results oriented mindset, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights for clients. Successful Account Executives are entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented, excellent communicators, and goal-oriented relationship builders. They can equally present effectively in front of an employer and then come back and do the work required to solve the issues or strategize on the topic at hand.
