We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager in Ludwigsburg, Germany:
Who You Are:
The Store Manager is responsible for building and leading a team that is dedicated to driving the business, leading with responsibility for all aspects of the management of the store,
What You’ll Do:
· People
o Inspire, lead and coach the store team to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability.
o Recruit top talent, training and developing staff to build a team of true MK Ambassadors.
o Drive team retention, ensuring actionable Talent and Succession plans are in place.
o Support, implement and provide follow-up for all training and onboarding for new joiners.
o Proactively manage and resolve all HR issues in collaboration with HR Department.
o Partner with DM to review integrity of PTS, identifying opportunities to improve.
· Service
o Lead the team of MK Ambassadors to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customer experiences to
drive loyalty and repeat business.
o Ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication through utilizing all available clienteling apps.
o Proactively manage client database and utilize information to increase sales.
o Build and maintain good communication with District Manager and members of corporate office, mall office,
retail partners and other stores, collaborating and influencing to drive performance across the district.
· Sales
o Meet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for the results.
o Analyze reports and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
o Work with Team on Quarterly Planners to ensure the best business plans are set to achieve targets.
· Operations
o Ensure store schedule is optimized, having right people right place right time.
o Collaborate with DVM to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution
of effective strategies.
o Partner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment for the store, using product tools effectively to maintain size and style integrity.
What You’ll Need:
· Relevant proven retail and management experience with a fast-paced retailer
· Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills with attention to detail and accuracy
· Fluent English
