We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Blackburn. This is Casual role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you are responsible to create a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and guests to THQ Blackburn which is in keeping with the values and Mission of The Salvation Army. You will also provide a broad range of reception, concierge and admin support for the organization and the Facilities Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the ‘first point of contact’ for all face to face and telephone enquiries to THQ Blackburn.
Manage a switchboard of external calls ensuring each are addressed as appropriate and in a timely manner.
Provide administration support as required for building management (including access for trades as arranged).
Maintain up to date knowledge of TSA internal teams and external facing services in order to allow enquiries to be passed to relevant persons.
Undertake a range of admin tasks and project work as needed to support the THQ Building Manager and other TSA teams, whilst prioritizing Reception duties.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented and personable multitasker. You have prior experience in a receptionist, customer service or administration position in a fast-paced office setting. You will bring resourcefulness, organization, and stellar communication skills to the desk. With a knack for keeping cool under pressure and juggling complex schedules.
