We are looking for a strategic leader to join our team as a National Employer of Choice Leader.
 

The Role
 

As the National Employer of Choice Leader, you will drive initiatives that promote a culture of care, collaboration, and ownership. You will oversee the development of initiatives across six key pillars: Leadership & Culture, Progressive Operations, Care, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment & Retention, and Social Responsibility & Sustainability. This role reports to the General Manager Southern Regional and Executive sponsor Employer of Choice.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Employer of Choice status by 2030.
  • Program Leadership: Lead and support the Steering Group in driving Employer of Choice programs and priorities.
  • Collaboration: Foster cross-departmental collaboration and continuous feedback.
  • Employee Engagement: Enhance engagement through recognition, support, and development.
  • Innovation: Promote innovative processes and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership Development: Cultivate leadership models aligned with company values.
  • Program Delivery: Oversee specialist workgroups and monitor program progress.
  • Reporting: Track and report on strategic objectives and outcomes.
     

Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and alignment.
  • Strong change management, leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in program and project management.
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in financial and budget management.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma and experience in an Operational Leadership role.
