How to contribute to our vision

* Manages internal Customer Service projects to be conducted in time, quality and cost.

* Adheres to the guidelines of PM@Siemens and deploys all (or specific) methods to optimally achieve the project goals (e.g. planning controlling, reporting, claim management, risk management, management of internal and external stakeholders ...).

* Contributes to organizational learning by conducting lessons learned, continuous improvement and sharing information with the Customer Service organization.

* Adheres to respective guidelines (e.g. tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).

* Projects vary in size and scope, but Service Delivery Projects with external customers are covered by PM@Siemens.

* May be involved in the negotiation and planning of projects to ensure the achievement of the project goals at an early stage.

People
• Personnel and Organizational Leadership within Service Operations area
• Ensure qualified and competent people are available to execute work
• Set up site resources team at PM500/PM650 (Supported by OPS Readiness Manager)
• Resource Management / Line Management*
• Service team management / supervision and development
• Ensure technician training is compliant and up to date
Customer & stakeholder management
• Conducts stakeholder analysis and manages efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders
• Lead site kick-off for operational activities during "Operations preparation & Acceptance" phase PM(S)500-
PM(S)650
• Sharing of status reporting with the client including uploading the Monthly Client Reports and sending preventive
maintenance checklists to client platform
• Definition of site reporting requirements


Site Infrastructure & Operations
• Set up project infrastructure & site resources team at PM500/PM650 (Supported by OPS Readiness Manager)
• Tracking and control of the degree of fulfillment of the planning of scheduled activities
• Control and tracking of sub contractor activities (sub contractor certification procedure)
• Process and tool implementation & Adherence
• Responsible to ensure that internal and external Health and Safety standards are implemented and lived on site


Commercial
• P/L Leadership within Service Operations area according to and agreed in the Limits of Authority
• Responsible for the application and fulfillment of the contract signed between SGRE and the client
• Support in preparing Equipment Budgets for service provision
• Approval of monthly facilities/Wind farm report
• Ensure development of and compliance with the Maintenance Plan
• Create Operations Plan for activities (facilities, resources incl. Training plan, tools, spare parts, technical
documentation)
• Update Risk & opportunities / Perform Risk Assessment


Technical
• Technical Leadership within Service Operations area
• Responsible prior to PM650 to perform inspection of reference turbine prior TOC together with 72-hour operational
run and conduct inspection
• Enforce a focus on safe work
