UnitingCare’s Family and Disability Services is one of the largest and most diverse community service providers in Queensland providing a wide range of critical services with over 2,300 paid employees and 5,000 volunteers. Our services provide support to vulnerable individuals, families and communities in metropolitan, regional and remote locations across Queensland.
Your part in our UnitingCare team
An integral part of our Family Services Leadership team, as the ECA (Early Childhood Approach) Statewide Manager you will provide strategic leadership as well as operational and financial management across the programs’ four regions including Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Townsville and Mackay.
This role is responsible for managing existing services, developing and enhancing the delivery of these services, leading community capacity building and contributing to the broader UnitingCare organisation.
The ECA service works with families and the local community to maximise access for children with disabilities or developmental delays to existing mainstream services, reducing the need for specialist disability services and building family capacity to support their child.
This position requires travel to capital cities and regional locations.
