The Value-Based Platform (VBP) Product team plays a key role in shaping and delivering solutions that advance aspects of value-based care within Risant Health Organizations (RHOs). The portfolio of solutions drives outcomes – total cost of care reduction, clinical quality improvement, better experiences, health equity and simplicity – to achieve business and financial objectives.
Job Description:The Group Solutions Lead owns and manages key solution areas within the Value-Based Platform (VBP), driving strategic alignment, design excellence, and implementation across clinical, operational, and consumer domains. This leader develops and maintains solution roadmaps, leads cross-functional teams, and partners with technology, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to deliver scalable, contextually adapted solutions across Risant Health Organizations (RHOs). Success is measured by enterprise-level cost efficiencies, value-based care gains, and continuous improvement through rigorous outcome tracking and stakeholder engagement.
