We are looking for a Technical Product Owner – Driver Mobile Application to lead the development of our mobile application for delivery drivers. This role is essential in enabling drivers to deliver parcels efficiently while ensuring compliance and a smooth onboarding experience. You will be responsible for the product vision and roadmap of the driver application, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Collaboration with UX specialists and other Product Owners in the last-mile delivery domain will be key, particularly on topics such as route optimization, driver onboarding, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for the driver mobile application.

• Collaborate with other last-mile Product Owners to align on cross-functional initiatives (route optimization, onboarding, compliance).

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.

• Drive the delivery of features that enhance driver efficiency, reliability, and user experience.

• Monitor performance, gather feedback, and continuously optimize the application.

• Maintain release notes and prepare handovers for support and training teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in mobile applications or the logistics / last-mile delivery sector.

• Strong technical background and ability to work closely with engineering teams.

• Experience with route optimization, driver compliance, or field team onboarding (an asset).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
