Job Purpose
The Operations Support Associate and Office Manager ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the central office by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting compliance processes, and providing reliable service to internal staff and external stakeholders. This role plays a key part in maintaining organizational flow through supply management, document processing, communication support, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily activities of the office, including maintaining the office areas, handling correspondence and deliveries, and managing supplies
• Coordinate with the centers to make sure their offices have supplies
• Scan, sort, pack, and weigh paperwork to state of Colorado compliance standards
• Submit course completions to the State of Colorado in timely manner
• Fulfill print orders
• Prepare training binders
• Provide support for employee recognition tasks
• Send out NextCloud communications
• Provide general support to office visitors
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers
• Coordinate and support a variety of ongoing and one-off projects or processes
• Manage special projects as assigned from inception to implementation
Qualifications
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License
• Safe driving history - a Motor Vehicle Record check will be reviewed
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience
• Experience providing administrative support to senior business staff preferred
• Strong organizational abilities including process and file management, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem solving.
• Excellent time management skills with flexibility and reliability to ensure deadlines are met.
• Project/Team administrative support experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of skill/experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Teams
• Willingness to learn new software
• Experience/skills in setting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm based out of our Greenwood Corporate Plaza location (7951 E. Maplewood Ave., Greenwood Village, CO 80111). This position also requires the ability to travel to our 12 DriveSafe locations across the Denver Metro area as needed. Please review the DriveSafe Locations map at this link. Travel outside of the normal commute is eligible for mileage reimbursement.
