Overview
Comprehensive Logistics (CLI) is seeking General Laborers to join our team. The General Laborer will perform a variety of tasks under the close supervision of the shift supervisor to support daily warehouse and assembly operations.

Hours
We are currently hiring for the following shift(s):

  • C Shift: Friday–Saturday, 5:30 AM–5:00 PM & Sunday–Monday, 5:30 PM–5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks in accordance with work instructions, scan guns, and reports.

  • Read and follow work instructions to sub-assemble automotive components and parts.

  • Ensure accuracy when scanning and counting materials and parts.

  • Place scanned parts into tubs per customer requirements.

  • Perform light assembly using small, powered hand tools.

  • Assist with stocking or kitting as needed.

  • Conduct general audits, counts, builds, repacks, and tagging of parts.

  • Identify damages, report shortages, and escalate quality deficiencies.

  • Follow company policies and guidelines at all times.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment (including sweeping, trash removal, and returning equipment to proper locations).

  • Report any issues to the team lead, quality technician, or supervisor.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions.

  • Accurate counting and scanning skills.

  • Flexibility to work in a variety of roles and contribute to a team environment.

  • Ability to work full-time with extra hours and weekends as required.

  • Must be able to operate scanning equipment and inventory software.

  • Strong attention to detail, motivation, and reliability.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.

  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. continuously.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 3–6 months related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
