Overview
Comprehensive Logistics (CLI) is seeking General Laborers to join our team. The General Laborer will perform a variety of tasks under the close supervision of the shift supervisor to support daily warehouse and assembly operations.
Hours
We are currently hiring for the following shift(s):
Key Responsibilities
Perform tasks in accordance with work instructions, scan guns, and reports.
Read and follow work instructions to sub-assemble automotive components and parts.
Ensure accuracy when scanning and counting materials and parts.
Place scanned parts into tubs per customer requirements.
Perform light assembly using small, powered hand tools.
Assist with stocking or kitting as needed.
Conduct general audits, counts, builds, repacks, and tagging of parts.
Identify damages, report shortages, and escalate quality deficiencies.
Follow company policies and guidelines at all times.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment (including sweeping, trash removal, and returning equipment to proper locations).
Report any issues to the team lead, quality technician, or supervisor.
Requirements
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions.
Accurate counting and scanning skills.
Flexibility to work in a variety of roles and contribute to a team environment.
Ability to work full-time with extra hours and weekends as required.
Must be able to operate scanning equipment and inventory software.
Strong attention to detail, motivation, and reliability.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. continuously.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
3–6 months related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
