Front Office Staff
 
Location: Pediatrics – Fifth Avenue
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Keystone Pediatrics provides high-quality, comprehensive medical care for children and young adults. We’re looking for a dependable and friendly Front Office Staff to join our growing practice. As a Front Office Staff, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients and families. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
• Verifying insurance and updating patient information
• Collecting payments and processing check-ins and check-outs
• Assisting in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Proficient computer and typing skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
