GTake ownership and accountability of the company’s internal IT systems. EQ are embarking on a dynamic transformation plan – consolidating our vast estate of domains into a more consolidated solution, whilst continuing to support our BAU activities across the business.
The successful candidate will be required to perform assigned tasks of increasing complexity in the installation, maintenance, and administration of our Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and all associated services.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Manage and oversee Active Directory infrastructure in a hybrid environment.
· Support existing infrastructure and troubleshooting when issues arise.
· Resolve alerts from monitoring tools and perform remediation.
· Manage Incident and Service Request tickets and tasks including change control.
· Proactive monitoring of Risks flagged through our various reporting tools.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation
· Create and implement system changes as needed.
· Collaborate with various operational teams on a daily basis.
· Presentation of Architectural Solutions to appropriate governance boards.
· Support for both internal and external Audit actions.
· Deployment of Software Solutions as required.
· Support for Project Delivery from an End User Compute perspective.
· Advanced Group Policy Management
Qualifications:
· A solid understanding of client/server, networking and internet technology fundamentals
· A strong background in the design, implementation, management, and support of Microsoft Windows domains using Active Directory in a multi domain Forest/s.
· 5+ years’ hands-on experience working with Active Directory Services
· 5+ years’ hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure/ Entra
· At least 3 years’ experience in a Desktop Operations or Server Operations environment
· Working knowledge of Group Policy Management
· Ability to communicate verbally and written clearly.
· Good Troubleshooting skills in a busy service environment

· Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
· Ability to work in a team environment and open to all shifts on an ad-hoc basis
