This role is built for a mission-driven, strategic, results-oriented leader who enjoys a hands-on approach. The position is responsible for daily operations of a team of recruiters staffing all Kettering Health facilities. Engages in development, communication and execution of recruitment strategies. Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders through transparency of data, collaboration in planning and problem solving, and meeting objectives on time. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume and specialized recruitment, leading teams, and process optimization.
Responsibilities & Requirements:In addition, the manager is asked to do the following:
- Address complex business challenges to maximize performance through hiring
- Identify risks and issues through data and provide corresponding solutions to successfully execute hiring plans
- Prioritizing resources for meeting multiple objectives
- Continuous improvement of process to align with business objectives and drive results
- Coordinate with other workstreams on integrated solutions
- Trains and mentors recruitment staff through professional development, sharing of best practices, and regular feedback
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process
- Oversee the use of an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and HR compliance
- Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Experience in healthcare recruitment
- Experience with AI and machine learning
