Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Day/Evening shift, Monday through Friday with alternating weekends. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime

Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved training program and competency through the Illinois Department of Public Health. Required
Work Experience
Licenses & Certifications
- CPR certification required and recertification every two years. Required
- Valid State driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance. Required
- Initial Certification for CNA. Required
