Qualifications
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Solid understanding of pediatric development, sensory integration, and rehabilitation principles
Preferred:
- Minimum of one (1) year of pediatric occupational therapy experience in an acute, rehabilitation, or hospital setting
- Experience with medically fragile, ventilator-dependent, or technology-assisted pediatric populations
- Skilled in splinting, feeding interventions, and adaptive equipment use
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
