Our company is growing rapidly and seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to focus specifically on the Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud Service, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Enterprise Cloud Service and Fusion ERP Analytics.
ODL seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to provide functional/technical analysis and configuration support in the financial related areas of Oracle Cloud.

What you'll do:
- Functions as the subject matter expert and provides in-depth systems expertise from a functional perspective in a support capacity for new initiatives and projects.
- Completes and elaborates functional design in accordance with defined principles, blueprints, standards, and patterns.
- Assists business users, project managers and IT leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of projects/tasks assigned.
- Provides key support in technical projects, such as the ERP Reset.
- Provides expertise on BI (business intelligence) dashboards.
- Supports Finance back-office business systems and processes as required.
- Coordinates issues-tracking and owns issue resolution on assigned projects and work efforts.
- Leads the gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and/or technical needs using interviews, workshops, and project management methodologies.
- Understands Finance applications and how the applications can be configured to meet business requirements.
- Develops and documents business processes with multiple complex system interactions using agile principals.
- Demonstrates extensive practical and applied knowledge of software development best practices such as code reviews, peer programming, test driven development, and continuous integration.
- Interacts with packaged software service organizations to secure assistance and solutions for more complex application issues.
- Provides operational support to end-users of the system including configuration maintenance, troubleshooting and system problem resolution.
- Prepares communications and project plans; makes presentations on system/package enhancements and/or alternatives.
- Owns and maintains the backlog of new or enhanced features that align with continuous improvements and the finance technology value stream.
- Maintains third-party relationship with cash application provider and supports any efficiency initiatives.
- Supports Master Data Management and Governance.
- Provides data to external auditors as needed.
- Regularly monitors and performs platform maintenance activities; collaborates with internal subsidiaries for all production activities.
- Actively participates in processes to deliver the defined Cloud release schedule.
- Performs reconciliations and tracking of files through operations.
- Provides honest and direct feedback.
- Assists with financials analysis and projects.
- Performs other related duties to support departmental goals, including financial analysis.
What you'll need:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Education, Business/Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Finance, Technical
Experience:
- Five years of experience with systems analysis for Oracle Fusion or equivalent, including implementation and upgrades.
- Experience providing project estimates and managing projects.
- Experience supporting business during test cycle.
- Experience performing business process analysis is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Financial system knowledge required.
- Ability to convert business requirement into functional specification documents.
- Ability to summarize substantial amounts of data into meaningful information for presentation and decision making.
- Eagerness to approach obstacles proactively and creatively to resolve problems.
