THE JOB:
As the Assistant Manager Dining Services at Signature, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of Starbucks and Delights, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your welcoming smile and exceptional service will create an inviting atmosphere, allowing you to connect with guests and understand their unique stories and needs. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee staff and operations to ensure that service and safety standards are being met

• Hire, train, and supervise staff

• Ensure staff adheres to the property policies and procedures and handle all discipline and performance reviews

• Facilitate and maintain consistent safety programs, training and documentation to ensure the overall safety of guests

• Monitor overall guest satisfaction

• Communicate with F&B support departments such as PAD, Laundry, Hotel Operations, Convention Service and Catering, and Security as needed to ensure the smooth operation of services

• Schedule staff and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records

• Complete administrative tasks using various technology and software

• Assist with ordering inventory and other essential office functions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ Years of prior relevant customer service experience required

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Must be 21 Years of age or older

• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in Food and Beverage operations preferred

• 2+ Years of prior relevant supervisory experience preferred

• Previous experience in a Starbucks Operations Manager role or similar preferred
