THE OPPORTUNITY 
 

As Account Manager Lead at OZONE, you’ll lead our Wholesale Account Management and Customer Care teams to deliver an outstanding experience for every wholesale partner. You’ll oversee the day-to-day management of key accounts, ensuring communication is clear, service is reliable, and every customer feels supported and valued.  
 

Working closely with the wider Wholesale team and other departments, you’ll help coordinate smooth operations — from onboarding and account development to technical support and service delivery. You’ll guide your team to build strong, lasting relationships that drive loyalty, consistency, and mutual growth.  
 

This role blends people leadership with hands-on relationship management, offering the chance to make a real impact on how we support and grow with our wholesale partners. Calm under pressure and naturally collaborative, you’ll set the standard for service excellence and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
