Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Software Engineer III leads and contributes to medium- to large-scale projects by evaluating project requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions. Responsibilities include collecting necessary information such as design documents and product requirements, authoring and developing code, conducting unit testing, and providing status updates to team members and stakeholders. Collaboration spans across project teams and cross-functional groups, addressing open issues and bug fixes, ensuring timely delivery and hand-offs, contributing input to project plans, and offering leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborates with small engineering teams of four to six members, including offshore associates, on assigned projects by supplying relevant documentation, direction, and illustrative examples. Evaluates and recommends both short- and long-term solutions and timelines, provides feedback on proposed strategies, and actively participates in design and code reviews. Resolves business and production challenges by systematically gathering information regarding the issue’s context, impact, criticality, and potential root causes. Engages support teams for resolution assistance, devises actionable plans, executes required steps, analyzes outcomes to guide further action, performs root cause analysis to mitigate future occurrences, and ensures comprehensive online documentation. Supports business operations by addressing user inquiries related to technical feasibility and implementation strategies, identifying optimal solutions, facilitating resolution processes, and leading cross-functional partnerships. Participates in the discovery phase of medium- to large-scale projects to develop high-level designs through collaboration with product management, project management, business, and user experience teams, and secures cross-functional approvals. Consistently demonstrates current expertise, applying it to the development, execution, and continual improvement of action plans by providing informed advice and guidance, supporting customer and business objectives, and fostering commitment to shared perspectives and rationale. Facilitates the implementation of business solutions by establishing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and fulfilling business requirements, executing necessary processes, tracking progress and outcomes, recognizing opportunities for improvement, and adapting to shifting priorities and responsibilities. Exemplifies adherence to company policies and procedures and supports the organizational mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by embedding these principles into business plan development and execution. - Assess and optimize Public cloud network architecture
- Migrate workloads to the public cloud following best practices
- Work with Cloud engineering to deliver solutions for critical deployments
- Use infrastructure migration techniques for cloud transitions
- Automate continuous delivery/integration processes
- Set up monitoring, logging, auditing for policy compliance
- Collaborate with Development and Operations on CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain accurate documentation in knowledge repositories
- Monitor performance and plan network capacity
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Proficient in hybrid networking environments, including connecting on-premises systems to public cloud networks.
- Experienced in building and deploying public cloud infrastructure using Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Familiar with operating and configuring cloud networks for large-scale production environments.
- Experience with Public Cloud components including Cloud Policies, RBAC roles, Management Groups, UDR configurations, Vnet Peerings, and Virtual Network Gateways
- Skilled in ensuring large-scale cloud platform availability and reliability.
- Background in networking, security, distributed systems, or system-level programming.
- Skilled in log collection, analysis, infrastructure performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Capable of adapting quickly, efficient design, and producing quality software code.
- Able to multitask and operate effectively in dynamic environments.
- Cloud Architect Certification in Microsoft or other Cloud technologies highly preferred.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11349: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
