Position Overview:
The Dialer is responsible for calling branch leads and setting up appointments daily. While performing Dialer duties, this role will independently train, learn and grow into a Loan Officer and/or Originator with assistance and education from the Branch Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of outbound calls daily, up to one hundred.
• Schedule and book meetings for the Branch Manager and other applicable managers.
• Provide excellent customer service to a number of branch clients, including realtors.
• Actively seek out resources, practice skills, and expand skills in order to grow with CCM.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience making outbound calls in a professional setting.
• Previous banking, financial services, or mortgage experience, preferred.
• Velocify experience, preferred.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in performing effectively under pressure and adapting to changing workloads.
• Skilled in demonstrating high-energy and having a positive attitude.
• Excellent independence, self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
