Position Overview:
The Dialer is responsible for calling branch leads and setting up appointments daily. While performing Dialer duties, this role will independently train, learn and grow into a Loan Officer and/or Originator with assistance and education from the Branch Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls daily, up to one hundred.
- Schedule and book meetings for the Branch Manager and other applicable managers.
- Provide excellent customer service to a number of branch clients, including realtors.
- Actively seek out resources, practice skills, and expand skills in order to grow with CCM.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience making outbound calls in a professional setting.
- Previous banking, financial services, or mortgage experience, preferred.
- Velocify experience, preferred.
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in performing effectively under pressure and adapting to changing workloads.
- Skilled in demonstrating high-energy and having a positive attitude.
- Excellent independence, self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
