Job Overview:

The Press Helper/Trainee supports both our Lithographic and Digital Press Departments, operating Ricoh digital presses and assisting with Komori and Heidelberg presses. This hybrid role ensures efficient production and high-quality printed materials while learning multiple printing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Available Shifts and Pay Rates: 

3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM. 

Pay: $19.80-$25.30/hr (Based on experience).

What You'll Do:

• Operate Ricoh digital printing presses at our main facility and assist with Komori and Heidelberg presses at our lithographic facility.
• Read and follow job instructions to ensure accurate setup and production.
• Inspect materials for quality, color accuracy, and consistency.
• Load materials, move skids, and maintain supplies for production.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly.
• Complete and maintain all required production paperwork, records, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the press teams to meet tight schedules, customer deadlines, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Team Leads or Lead Press Operators.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous printing press experience strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience required.
• Strong computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Willing and able to travel between two work locations; reliable transportation required.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow written instructions accurately.
• Able to lift and carry materials weighing 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or GED.
