Dental Patient Care Coordinator

Vaughn Endodontics

 

We are a fast-paced endodontic specialty practice committed to serving our community with an emphasis on patients being taken care of within 48-72 hours and seeing emergency cases.

We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, friendly and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks in a fast pace busy office. As the first point of contact our referring offices and patients encounter, you will play a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience. Your ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team is essential.

 

Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday - Friday 7:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and manage patient communication
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience answering and managing multiple calls at one time
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of professionalism and customer service
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
