Job Summary: Supervises Treasury Services employees who are responsible for internal and external customer support provided to Treasury Business customers across multiple systems. Job functions of this team includes telephone support for all Treasury Online customers, site visits, and application set-up/support. Supervisor uses good judgement in reporting exceptions, legal, and complex issues to management. Develops procedures & workflows ensuring optimum customer service and efficiencies while mitigating risk. Partners with Deposit Operations management on implementation of initiatives and projects to support the department and/or business unit. Establishes work processes for direct reports and ensures a high level customer service is delivered and promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community, and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

• Effectively manage others by consistently applying INTRUST’s supervisor and manager expectations: relationship management; feedback; coaching and development; establishing effective work culture expectations; critical thinking; business acumen; and resource management.
• Supervises the “onboarding” of all new Treasury Customers.
• Works closely with Treasury Management ensuring all service requests are accurately fulfilled in a timely manner, and participates in Business Initiative projects.
• Participates in system upgrades, conversions, and ongoing product education.
• Manages internal customer relationships with Commercial Banking, Consumer Banking, International, and Treasury Management.
• Implements system changes/enhancements.
• Provide tier-1 support for systems and work with vendors to track resolution of issues.
• Ensures service level standards are met, and procedures are documented and followed.
• Monitors risk and ensures department is in compliance and meets regulatory standards. Escalates all risk and compliance concerns to Deposit Operations management.
• Responsible for overall support of customer applications, i.e., Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, and INTRUST Treasury Online Banking.
• Operates as a working supervisor, spending a portion of their time directly assisting customers and fulfilling requests as a member of the Treasury Services team.
• Responsible for the selection, retention, coaching, performance management and development of direct reports.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years related job experience required. Previous banking experience required.
Required Skills: Ability to multi-task, and attentive to detail. Ability to understand complex analysis and problem solve effectively and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and computer experience required. Must be able to motivate, train and coach employees. Knowledge of federal/state affirmative action and equal employment laws/regulations.
Required Licenses and/or Certifications: AAP – Accredited ACH Professional preferred.
Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Must be able to hear and speak clearly both face-to-face and over the phone. Must be able to use hands to key information and handle objects. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
